Break Patterns. Build Confidence. Find the Calm at Your Core.

Self-love isn’t something you develop, it’s something that you uncover as you let go of beliefs that made you think love has to be earned. Love is your nature. You don’t have to go out and find it. You just have to remember it.

Claire, from day one has felt so comfortable and familiar. I felt very safe to be vulnerable and honest.
NO ONE has ever gotten to the "meat" of my perceived limitations as quickly or deeply as Claire. She has an effortless way of holding a mirror up to me so I can see myself. She supports me in being honest with myself in both critique and praise.

I feel truly blessed to have Lindsay as my Coach during my Meditation course. Lindsay has been very understanding and insightful in my journey of self discovery. What has been so refreshing is that Lindsay embodies the teachings and coaching she has been imparting. She has been a source of inspiration to me to continue on this journey and persevere.

Meditation is a mental practice that allows the mind to settle into a state of deep awareness, relaxation, or clarity.
Effortless Meditation differs from other forms by requiring no concentration, control, or effort.
It is one of the most scientifically studied meditation forms, easy to learn, and accessible to all—working with the mind’s natural tendencies rather than against them. Effortless Meditation is also completely non-secular.
At deprogram Effortless Meditation is taught directly between teacher and student (not via videos) allowing real time questions throughout the learning process. It’s a very custom approach honoring the vast nuances of the practice.

The two main outcomes of this work are:
Removing Internal Barriers – Clearing out emotionally-based belief systems that limit different areas of life—relationships, career, self-worth, and overall happiness. This creates true internal freedom, giving people real choice in how they live.
Facilitating Personal Growth – Guiding individuals through natural stages of adult development, helping them reach higher levels of self-awareness and potential. The further they progress, the more of their authentic self they can express.

Yes! This program is all about giving you practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. There’s a ton of science backing effortless meditation and its impact on mental health. While more challenging forms of meditation can help over time (and research supports that), Effortless Meditation has been shown to reduce symptoms much faster.
A major study analyzing 146 different studies found that people practicing an effortless mantra-based meditation (like TM) experienced twice the reduction in anxiety compared to other techniques—including focused meditation, biofeedback, progressive relaxation, and more. And studies show similar results when it comes to reducing depression.
That makes sense since anxiety and depression are so closely connected. If you want to dive deeper into that link, Lost Connections by Johann Hari is a great read.

We are not licensed therapists and this is not meant to be a replacement for therapy.
What we are teaching comes from a large body of work developed over the last 50 years by Walter Bellin and each of our own experiences. Unlike some therapists, we are only prescribing tools and healing methods that we’ve used extensively ourselves, our own healing methods. We will sometimes use our own experience to explain something we’re teaching.
There is a big focus in this work on going beyond helping you understand why you are the way you are – and actually healing from it with somatic methods which have the power to change the way you think, act and feel. So you feel different.

Effortless Meditation and Transcendental Meditation (TM) share the same origin. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi first introduced a mantra-based meditation practice in the 1950s, later branding it as TM. What made Maharishi’s approach revolutionary was that it required no concentration, control, or effort, making deep meditation possible for Westerners living in today’s world.
Over time, various TM teachers—including Walter Bellin, Thom Knoles, and Deepak Chopra—broke away from the TM organization, continuing to teach an effortless form of meditation with variations. Some teachers use different mantras, while others use breath awareness as the meditation anchor. Still, they all share that effortlessness itself is what makes meditation effective, not necessarily the specific mantra or anchor used in the technique.
When Walter Bellin created Effortless Meditation he kept the same technique (the mantra-based effortlessness) but removed any connection to Hinduism or meditation as a spiritual practice. Effortless Meditation is based in science and completely non-secular. Walter also teaches Effortless Meditation alongside inner growth practices (unlike TM) which help students heal much faster than only practicing meditation

During our programs, live online sessions are for 90 minutes each week (destress: 5 weeks, define: 8 weeks, deprogram: 8 weeks).
After you have mastered the Effortless Meditation practice in destress, your fastest path to healing requires one to two 20 minute meditation sessions each day.
Even for the busiest and most stressed, meditation becomes a lifeline and something you’ll look forward to. It's also completely necessary throughout all programs for emotional deprogramming to occur. -
Participants are encouraged to reflect on their experiences, noting changes in focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being as they progress through each phase of the program with specific reflection questions throughout each level. We will have each participant rate levels of stress, anxiety, sleep and feeling of overall well-being at different points in the course to show progress and help participants along the path.
-
All sessions are recorded and posted the next day in the learning platform along with all bonus material, additional guided meditations and reflection exercises to make following the program as easy as possible.
