Break Patterns. Build Confidence. Find the Calm at Your Core.

FEEL DIFFERENTLY

Many high-achieving women are already deeply self-aware. They understand their patterns and their story. But insight alone doesn’t always bring calm, safety, or ease when it matters most.

When the body is still bracing, stress remains the default — even in a successful life. deprogram works where change actually happens: the nervous system. That’s why this work goes beyond mindset and thought alone.

This work changes how you experience your life.

THE DEPROGRAM METHOD

Neuroscience-led

Neuroscience-led work focused on regulating the system that shapes how you feel and respond.

Relational by design

Healing happens in connection, not isolation.

Embodied change

Practices that work directly with the body (not just the mind) — so change is felt and lasting.

Mentorship & guidance

Support, education, and mentorship — not diagnosis or optimization.

This work goes beyond insight and self-understanding.

We work directly with the nervous system using somatic and meditation-based practices that support real, lived change.

Everything we teach comes from a body of work developed over the last 50 years by Walter Bellin and from our own lived experience. We only offer practices we’ve used deeply ourselves and that we continue to practice daily.

Reviews

Claire, from day one has felt so comfortable and familiar. I felt very safe to be vulnerable and honest.

NO ONE has ever gotten to the "meat" of my perceived limitations as quickly or deeply as Claire. She has an effortless way of holding a mirror up to me so I can see myself. She supports me in being honest with myself in both critique and praise.

I feel truly blessed to have Lindsay as my Coach during my Meditation course. Lindsay has been very understanding and insightful in my journey of self discovery. What has been so refreshing is that Lindsay embodies the teachings and coaching she has been imparting. She has been a source of inspiration to me to continue on this journey and persevere.

asked
questions

  • Most participants report feeling calmer, less reactive, and more grounded in everyday life. Stress and anxiety often soften, emotional patterns become easier to work with, and focus and clarity improve. Over time, many notice greater self-trust, improved relationships, and a steadier sense of well-being — even when life remains life-y.

  • Most participants who come to deprogram are already highly self-aware and have done a lot of work on themselves. They’re still struggling with things and want to try something different. They often may intellectually understand what’s going on — but that insight hasn’t changed how they feel day to day. This work and method focuses on healing from the root (your subconscious) creating change where emotional responses are formed. This isn’t cognitive or mindset work - this is long lasting change from the source.

  • Absolutely. The practices taught in deprogram are designed to support nervous system regulation, which plays a central role in stress and anxiety. Within a short time frame, most participants notice reduced anxiety, improved emotional recovery, and a greater sense of inner peace or groundedness.

  • The work draws from a body of teachings developed over the last 50 years by Walter Bellin, alongside neuroscience, psychology, and embodied practices. Everything we teach is something we’ve practiced extensively ourselves and continue to live daily. This is experiential work — designed to be felt, not just understood.

  • No. This is educational and experiential work focused on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and embodied practices. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Many participants engage in this work alongside therapy or coaching.

  • That’s common. Effortless Meditation is just a small part of the total deprogram method. Many participants come in skeptical after trying other approaches that felt effortful or unsustainable. The practices we use are designed to feel accessible and supportive, without rigid rules or pressure to “do it right.” The focus is on creating a practice that fits into real life and supports lasting change.
